The Right Hardware, Configured and Deployed — Ready on Day One
From sourcing and procurement to imaging, configuration, and deployment — we handle every step of getting hardware into your team's hands, ready to use from the moment they open the box.
The Problem
Getting Hardware Right Is Harder Than It Looks
Buying business hardware isn't like buying consumer electronics. The wrong specification costs you performance and longevity. Consumer-grade equipment in a business environment creates reliability problems, incompatibility issues, and warranty headaches. Procurement without volume agreements means you're paying retail prices for every device rather than accessing the pricing tiers that proper IT suppliers offer.
Even when the right hardware is sourced, configuration is often an afterthought. Devices that arrive without a standard image, group policy settings, security configuration, and enrolled management profiles create setup overhead that multiplies across every user. A new starter waiting two days for their laptop to be properly set up is a mundane but genuine operational cost.
Lifecycle management is what most businesses forget entirely. Hardware doesn't last forever, warranties expire, and devices need to be tracked, maintained, and eventually replaced. Without a hardware inventory and refresh schedule, businesses end up with a mix of ages and specifications that create support complexity and security risk.
Our Approach
Procurement, Configuration, and Deployment as a Managed Process
We start with a requirements assessment: what roles need what specifications, what's the budget, what's the operating system environment, and what management and security requirements apply? From there we source from our preferred supplier relationships — accessing commercial pricing tiers, warranty terms, and hardware-as-a-service options that aren't available direct to consumer.
Before devices reach users, they go through our provisioning process: OS imaging with your standard configuration, software deployment, security baseline application, management tool enrolment (Intune, Jamf, or similar), and asset tagging. When a device reaches a user's desk, it's ready to use — no setup required on their part.
We also manage the procurement process end-to-end: purchase orders, delivery tracking, warranty registration, and asset register entry. Your hardware inventory is documented and maintained, giving you visibility into what you have, where it is, and when it needs replacing.
