Intact Security Services — Institutional Security Consulting Site
Intact Security Services home page

Introduction

Intact Security Services set out to bring licensed, professionally-trained security staffing to schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and community organizations across the Rochester, New York area — built on 30+ years of combined leadership experience and full New York State licensing. The founder needed a website that could carry that institutional credibility online, not a generic local-business template.

Institutions like schools and hospitals vetting a security staffing partner need to see licensing, insurance, and leadership credentials before they'll even take a call — and Intact had none of that visible online, leaving a genuinely qualified firm looking indistinguishable from any unlicensed local guard service.

The Challenge

What We Were Up Against

Winning institutional clients meant proving compliance and leadership credibility on the page, not just listing services like every other security company site.

01

Institutional Buyers, Institutional Scrutiny

Schools, hospitals, and churches vet a security partner far more carefully than a typical local business would, and the site had to hold up to that scrutiny from the first page.

02

Credentials Buried, Not Featured

NY State licensing, insurance, and the CEO's leadership background existed but had no dedicated place to actually build trust with a first-time visitor.

03

One Site, Several Distinct Client Types

Schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and community organizations each needed to see themselves reflected in the site without the messaging becoming generic.

The Solution

How We Solved It

We led with compliance and leadership — licensing, insurance, and the CEO's institutional management background — before ever getting to a service list, since that's the order an institutional buyer actually evaluates a security partner in.

A professional, compliance-forward marketing site structured around licensing and leadership credibility, with clear service breakdowns for security staffing and consulting, a leadership bio section, and a straightforward contact path for institutional inquiries.

The Impact

The Outcome

Leading with licensing and leadership instead of a generic service list is what makes the firm look as credible online as it actually is.

30+ Years of Experience, Now Visible

Combined leadership experience that used to live only in conversation now leads the site.

Licensing & Insurance Built Into the Pitch

NY State licensing and insurance credentials are now front and center for institutional buyers doing their own vetting.

One Site, Four Client Types Addressed

Schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and community organizations each see their own need reflected clearly.
